Cancellation Policy

By completing this booking, You are agreeing to the terms and conditions. terms and conditions A. You agree to take full responsibility for any minors in the bus, including the assurance that identification, and the assurance that no minor will be drinking on the bus. B. You agree to pay for any damages done to the property of load em up limo due to negligence of any party on the bus. C. You agree to pay any cleaning fee associated with bodily fluids on the bus. D. Cancelations may be made up to 7 days prior, after which deposit forfeiture. E. Drivers decisions are final and non-negotiable. Driver will make decisions based on safety of the passengers. F If cancelations by load em up limo are absolutely necessary for including but not limited to mechanical, weather, road conditions, and driver wellness, you may not hold load em up limo liable for any extra cost associated with your event. Return of deposit will be at the discretion of load em up limo.
